LAM

Tucked away at the rear of Wanaka's newest food truck park at 75 Brownston Street, LAM is a small street food vendor bringing the authentic flavours of Vietnam to the local community. The concept is a smaller version of the café we previously operated in Hawke's Bay, with a focus on the Vietnamese dishes we are best known for.

We hope LAM will be well received, allowing us to gradually expand the menu and introduce a wider range of traditional Vietnamese offerings in the future.

While LAM remains 100% authentically Vietnamese, WanaFusion continues to evolve, embracing innovative Asian-inspired cuisine and contemporary fusion flavours.
